Eligibility & Accounts

  • An account is required to access the Service

  • Your are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Sophun offers subscription-based access through Apple In-App Purchases

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Subscription terms and pricing are disclosed at the time of purchase.

Use Of The Service

You agree to use Sophun only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code

  • Copying, modifying, or distributing the Service or its content without authorization

  • Using the Service to harass, mislead, impersonate, or harm others

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service’s functionality

  • Using automated systems or scraping tools to access the Service

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service including software, design, text, and outputs are owned by App Creations LLC.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sophun for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

At this time, users cannot upload content to Sophun.

If content-upload features are added in the future:

  • Such content may be used to operate and improve the Service

  • Sophun will own all rights to such content, to the extent permitted by law

Account Suspension & Termination

Sophun reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Sophun is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Creations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sophun.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
