Limited License to Users

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its Content without prior written authorization

- Sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its Content
Any use of the Content not expressly permitted by this notice is a breach of these terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

"Sophun," "Sophun Network," and associated logos and product names are trademarks or service marks of App Creations LLC. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of App Creations LLC.
All other trademarks, service marks, and company names mentioned on the Sophun platform are the property of their respective owners.
User-Generated Content
At this time, Sophun does not permit users to upload or submit content to the platform. If content-upload features are introduced in the future, App Creations LLC will update its Terms & Conditions and copyright policies accordingly. Any future user-submitted content will be governed by a separate license agreement communicated at that time.
Copyright Infringement & DMCA Notice
App Creations LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any Content on the Sophun platform infringes upon your copyright, please provide written notice containing:
